Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a set of headphones by Shout (Model 8704BFK72) I bought on Thursday afternoon from your store on Emerson Street. The issue has left me feel unappreciated as a client because of the behavior of your employees and the false information you deceive your clients with.

A key factor when purchasing this product was the splendid feedback I read on your website. Moreover, according to the technical details, this set of headphones was water resistant and was able to connect to a device via Bluetooth.

However, I was very disappointed to acknowledge that my headphones would not connect to my phone, which has the function I mentioned up there. I moved on but my patience disappeared when my new purchase would not work after being exposed for 5 minutes to yesterday’s light rain. I went directly to the same shop on Emerson Street to complain where I received inappropriate treatment from your employees after having presented arguments on why I wished to get back the amount of money I paid for the set. This continued even after I presented the receipt.

I expect you to refund me the full cost of the product promptly. You have lost me as a client and if you do not do a proper inner investigation, I shall take my complaint to a Consumer Advice Center.
